      I contacted your team yesterday, and thanks to Jose’s knowledge , discipline and attention to your customer needs, he went above and beyond working with myself, and our IT department to resolve the situation.

      Knowing that I was new to the property, Jose also took the extra time to assist me with training and a complete understanding of your software. I was never rushed, always felt like I was the number one priority.

      Now I know everyone one wants to say let’s give this guy a raise or he deserves a promotion, it is probably true in this case as well.  We all know how business works, and these things are not always possible.
