Dean Chen serves as the Sales Manager for Safemark’s operations in mainland China, focusing on securing partnerships with international luxury hotel chains for guest room safe solutions. Since joining Safemark in 2016, Dean has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence in China’s premium hospitality sector, tailoring product offerings to meet the evolving needs of global luxury brands.
In his role, Dean leads Safemark’s sales strategy for high-profile hotel projects, including collaborations with Marriott, Hilton, and InterContinental Hotel Group. He has successfully integrated safes into 75% of new luxury hotel openings in China between 2016 and 2025. Dean also built a nationwide distributor network across more than 10 provinces, driving a 40% increase in market penetration through customized training programs and performance incentives.
With a keen focus on client relationship management, Dean maintains partnerships with over 50 hotel developers, ensuring a 98% contract renewal rate through tailored service protocols. His strategic leadership has led to landmark deals, including a ¥2.0M contract for 40,000+ safes across 150+ properties from 2016 to 2024. In recognition of his contributions, Dean was named Safemark’s “Most Valuable Brand of China Hospitality Supply Chain” by the China Hotel Purchase and Supply Congress Committee in 2024.
