I recently took over a facility where they had not had any solid leadership in the maintenance department for a very long time. In as much, this resulted in huge gaps of information, such as Safemark codes and programming.
I contacted your team yesterday, and thanks to Jose’s knowledge , discipline and attention to your customer needs, he went above and beyond working with myself, and our IT department to resolve the situation.
Knowing that I was new to the property, Jose also took the extra time to assist me with training and a complete understanding of your software. I was never rushed, always felt like I was the number one priority.
Now I know everyone one wants to say let’s give this guy a raise or he deserves a promotion, it is probably true in this case as well. We all know how business works, and these things are not always possible. If Jose is any indication, it is likely that you have many fine team members in your employ.
Jose is knowledgeable and I feel like he truly cares about his clients. He should definitely be given every opportunity to accel, as it would only benefit your company in future years.
