We had 2 million visitors in 2019 and the mobility equipment gets fully hired out every day during the peak season and the equipment is long lasting! It sometimes gets given out twice per day. A lot of our visitors would struggle to navigate the 125 acres of the zoo without the use of a wheelchair or mobility scooter. It helps everyone enjoy the zoo and helps us to be inclusive.”

“We have been working now with Safemark since 2019 in replacing key operated lockers throughout our sites in the UK with their complementary use electronic lockers, SafePods. We are also adding SafePods to our new locations such as those in Germany as we feel they offer a better security solution to the wooden lockers we had previously as well as reduced repairs costs due to the lockers being made out of metal. Our visitors have also appreciated the need not to carry keys on them while enjoying their time going around our facilities thanks to the SafePods having a pin code entry system instead. Safemark has also been great in delivering their lockers to site in a timely manner, with good communication throughout the order process.
