Fixed Rate Lease

Per Occupied Night Lease
Starting from just $0.20 per occupied night you can have:
- A guest room safe with $10,000 warranty against forced entry installed in each one of your guest rooms
- A vehicle to capture greater room rates
- Virtual elimination of guest room theft and theft claims
- Third party lease with terms up to 60 months*
- Remove temptation of in-house theft
