Along with a standard five-year manufacturer’s warranty, an exclusive $10,000 limited warranty against forced entry is included giving hoteliers and their guests the ultimate peace of mind.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
Our commercial products carry a warranty on mechanical defects for a period of five-years from the original purchase. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the safes that have failed under normal use (determined by Safemark). Warranty does not cover labor, removal, installation or transportation.
Limited Warranty
In addition to our Manufacturer’s Warranty, we also provide a Limited Warranty on losses due to forced entry (available for hotels and commercial clients). Contact your sales representative for additional details as specific guidelines and restrictions apply.
Extended Warranty
At the end of the standard Manufacturer’s Warranty of five-years, clients have the option to extend coverage on the safes. Each program has specific guidelines so contact your sales representative for more detail.
