How Peepholes are Tampered:
Peepholes are often found loose on guest room doors and make it easy to remove the components within seconds. Even though an adhesive may be applied to secure the viewer it does not solve the problem because the lens piece can still be removed from the exterior.
In addition, Reverse Peephole Viewers can easily be obtained by anyone to spy, photograph, or video guests from the door’s exterior, or look for valuables inside the room. Peepholes can also be used in reverse to prank other guests.
