An industry veteran with over 20 years of dedication to Safemark, Michele develops creative solutions to fit the security needs of each hotel. Her expertise has helped generate over $1 Million dollars per year in additional revenue for hoteliers in the Southeast region alone. In her two decades with Safemark, she has acquired a vast knowledge including technical skills where she has even been known to repair a safe or two. Michele’s thirst for education earned her a two-week television appearance on Romper Room at the age of six. An Iowa native, she learned the meaning of hard work at an early age. Her teenage summers were spent working in the corn and bean fields, at the local Dairy Queen, and running a retail clothing store. Michele’s work ethics carry into her personal life as she volunteers for both Habitat for Humanity and Rebuilding Together. In her free time, Michele enjoys working around the house and in the yard. She walks nearly two miles daily and is accompanied by Biscuit, her sevenyear- old Maltese.
Jody has over twenty years’ experience in the hospitality industry. His experience includes customer service, human resources, and property opening for Days Inn, HFS, and Cendant. He started with Safemark Systems in 2000 and has been a regional director of sales providing hundreds of hotels with the Security Cash Flow Program that has produced millions of dollars in additional revenue with no cost to them. He provides creative solutions to fit all your security needs by immersing himself in opportunities that work best for my clients given the environment of our times. Jody lives in Atlanta and enjoys going to restaurants and Piedmont Park with his friends. He also likes the beach, University of Tennessee Football, and bicycling. His motto is “Live Life Like There Is No tomorrow.”
Katie has been working in various areas at Safemark for nearly 18 years. She started out in operations. While she loved the operations side, she found her personal skill set excelled in the sales side. Katie quickly proved to be a valuable asset to the sales team. She has sold contracts valued at over 25 million dollars in revenue. Katie’s strong partnerships and personal connections with individual hotel owners and the larger management companies has helped her turn those customers into long term partners, with companies realizing over a $3 million dollar return on their zero investment. When Katie is not on the road working hard for Safemark, she loves to travel for pleasure and play and coach soccer. Her thirteen-year-old son carries on her passion for the game and they spend many of their weekends on the road while he competes in games all over the state and southeast region.
